Does your DSM idle jump from 900rpm to 1800rpm over and over again? Then you need this OEM idle stepper control motor. This will fix that annoying and dangerous condition. The ISC has been known to put a short in the electrical system and then fry ECU capacitors. A new ECU cost $1200.00 this fix is a lot cheaper and will fix the annoying condition caused by the aging broken parts. Fits 90-99 DSM Talon, Eclipse
