Allows you to bolt on a 1G DSM or Greddy Type S/RS blow off valve to your 03+ EVO or 2G DSM.  CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, tubing diameter is 1-3/8" OD and has a stepped edge to prevent hose slippage.
